Designed for extreme durability and extended tool life, our CVP (Cobalt Vari-Pitch) holesaws are the ultimate choice for the ultimate drilling performance. With professionals constantly seeking better quality tools, our new CVP holesaw offers an incredibly cost effective and reliable solution for producing holes in metals, MDF, wood and plastics.
The bi-metal CVP holesaw has been made using the most advanced technology available, including a tougher tooth design manufactured with M42 superior steel featuring 8% cobalt. Providing improved 'hot hardness', the teeth demonstrate excellent wear resistance properties at higher drilling temperatures giving superb durability to the tooth set.
With a Variable Pitch tooth profile of 4/6 teeth per inch, the CVP combines the advantages of both an aggressive and smooth cut for increased speed and tool life. The irregular depth clearance gullets avoid trapped spoil by providing a more efficient chip clearance meaning the teeth stay sharper for longer.
The flex-free body construction is designed with high alloy content steel to give structural integrity and tool dependability. Electron beam welded for strength and longevity, the holesaws also boast a 38mm cutting depth for use in thicker materials, providing incredible tool versatility.
